Flux the Nomad

Flux is a wanderer/traveller across worlds, always looking for some kind of purpose out there in his travels.
A very unattached person who tries to hold himself to strong morals, like never killing or duplicating money unless truly necessary.

*Flux has the appearance of an Anthro Dingo, but isn't necessarily a species but rather a being. His intelligence is average and he perceives the world most other sentient beings would (while not using his Examine ability).

**His powers make him seem unstoppable at first but there are clear limits;

Matter Alteration
Flux can replace any physical matter within 11 feet from each hand assuming it is neither Living nor Magical.
This means that if he creates stone in his radius of influence, anything alive or enchanted will be encased rather than be destroyed outright.
Furthermore, Flux usually only creates basic-esque shapes unless he uses...

Examine
Flux can choose a moment to start focusing, examining the reach of his powers around his hands (11 feet each).
While doing this he can perceive physical matter or the absence of it, but also copy an existing object for later duplication... (Assuming it's not magical or living in some way)

Regeneration
The more damage Flux takes the more exposed he is, aka the Dodger Blue energy that his being is made up of.
Damage will be healed Slowly over time, but Flux is weaker and more sluggish the more injured he is.

Honestly, I understand entirely how Flux can be overpowered in some situations but underpowered in others, but I'm willing to try and work out a system with a DM that I can use if needed.

My current ideas are a possible 'energy limit' that almost works like mana, with every Alteration Examine and turn of Regeneration uses up energy based on certain variables. Copying objects with Examine to duplicate later could be a slot system of 'how many he can remember at once'.
I also think that him Examining the area around himself, if on a tiled grid, is best called '13 feet around himself' rather than '11 feet from each hand'. It's just more simple that way and makes sense when considering arm reach, but that number Could be decreased if need be.

But my main goal for now is more roleplay oriented than rpg focused, so it's a later issue I'll work on later at a later time sometime later.
